We assess 18 buildings in total, then conducted FRA and Fire Engineering Consulting Reports which embodies the Water-based Fire Protection System Concept Design, Drawings, and BQ Estimation.

IKEA-DC Warehouse was a large-sized dry-storage warehouse (17,000 sqm) with high ceiling, 3 floors office spaces, mezzanine spaces, and 1 basement floor. We conducted FRA and Fire & Evacuation Computer Modeling Reports. Which include the conceptual design of fire protection system, more specifically for Ceiling-Only and In-Rack Sprinkler System.
